sci-visualization/gnuplot: Drop compat and svga flags in live ebuild.
Upstream has dropped support for both the linux-vga terminal and for the --enable-backwards-compatibility option in the git master branch. Package-Manager: Portage-2.3.48, Repoman-2.3.10
