net-misc/memcached: drop stale patches
1. Drop sed for -Werror now there's a configure option upstream. 2. Drop pthread patch for FreeBSD which introduces a bashism into configure.ac; if this is really still needed, we should send AX_PTHREAD usage upstream. 3. Drop obsolete FreeBSD include patch.
