media-sound/pulseaudio: drop 13.0-r1, 15.0-r2, 15.0-r3
This should make things a bit less confusing when
looking at packages.gentoo.org, 'equery u', etc
wrt libpulse split.
media-sound/pulseaudio is now just a meta.
