There are also some suppressions that are going to be added to portage
itself for gnulib checks that are *expected* to fail. Backported to
sys-apps/portage.

vimrc registered an autocommand that set textwidth=78 for all *.txt
buffers. This has sparked a few discussions, including this [1] forum
post and bug 559800.
Overriding the upstream default of textwidth=0 is not a good idea. This
commit removes the relevant autocommand and revbumps all versions of the
package.

There seems to be some certificate issue. This version is out of date
anyway.

Been looking at existing jit masks given this is not supported
everywhere, and seen arm64 unmask was missing.
Untested but the configure.cmake should have already have been
automagic enabling this by default for arm64 w/ 6.7.0 so there
should be no reason it wouldn't work.
Considered semi-keeping the automagic (aka, either hard-disable
or let automagic enable if it can), but given USE=jit provides
some extra headers it *could* be a problem for dependencies that
use them despite being private.
Limiting to >=6 given have not verified Qt5 (doing >=6 rather
than :6 given assuming Qt7 will be fine too), and at this
point would rather not add more worries for 5.

I think we've reached as far as we can in terms of progress with it
masked/unkeyworded, especially given we've been working on this for
2+ years now in preparation (Clang had essentially - but not quite -
the same set of changes).
It's also in the latest Fedora release and Arch have unleashed it as well,
which means it's propagated into people's CI by now which should help.

Dependencies were corrected. COMMON_DEPEND was renamed to DEPEND, those
deps are no longer part of BDEPEND as they are not needed in CBUILD.
Test deps were moved to BDEPEND because the testing framework is written
in tcl. The acct-* deps are additionally copied to BDEPEND as they are
required in src_install phase.
