No longer depends on games-rpg/eternal-lands-data.
Provide a launcher that downloads game data into $HOME on the first
start. It will make auto updates easier and not violating Gentoo
policies.

This only supports the GOG version for now. This is probably the GOG
version number rather than the upstream one but I can't find an
upstream one.

Not sure if this version is actually any different as it just says 1.0
in the game. The long number in the filename is a timestamp. The
Humble Bundle download had changed though so this needed updating to
save it from last-rites.

This version is no longer available from Humble Bundle so I will bump
it but I am updating the manifest in the meantime.

Replace the unnecessary use of unpacker.eclass with built-in EAPI
unpacking. This also fixes missing dependency on app-arch/unzip
due to unpacker.eclass being broken with complex SRC_URIs in EAPI 6.
